We collect information you provide and data needed to run the Service:

• Account details (email, display name)
• Prompts, character profiles, and generated media metadata
• Usage, billing, and credit transaction records
• Technical logs (IP, device, error events) for security and reliability

2. How we use information

We use data to:

• Provide generation, storage, and account features
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Moderate content and prevent abuse
• Improve reliability, security, and product quality

3. Processors and third parties

We use infrastructure and AI providers to run the Service (for example authentication, storage, payments, and model inference). These processors receive only the data needed to perform their function under contractual safeguards.

Your prompts and any photos you attach are sent to the AI model provider you select (through an inference gateway) to produce the result, and are subject to that provider's usage policies. We do not use your prompts or outputs to train models. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers; we store only the transaction reference and amount.

4. Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Temporary generation media may expire according to product retention settings. You may request deletion of your account by contacting support.

5. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal data. Contact privacy@igenit.com to make a request.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session security. We do not sell personal information.
