Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Igenit ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You need an account with a confirmed email address to use the Service. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. One person may hold one free account; farming welcome credits across accounts is not allowed.

3. Credits and billing

Igenit runs on credits. Every generation shows its estimated credit cost before you start; the estimate depends on the model you pick and, for video, on the requested duration. The estimate is a ceiling: when a job finishes we compare it with what the model provider actually billed and refund any difference to your balance. We never charge more than the estimate.

Credits come from a monthly subscription, one-time credit packs, or grants from our team. Subscription credits are added to your balance at the start of each billing period. Credits from packs do not expire while your account is active. All credits share one balance and are spent in the order they are used.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in USD and exclude any taxes your jurisdiction may add at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time from Billing and keep the credits already in your balance.

3a. Refund policy

• Failed or cancelled generations are refunded to your credit balance automatically. If a job completes but the result is clearly broken (empty or corrupted media), contact support within 7 days and we will re-credit it.
• A credit pack or first subscription payment can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase if none of the credits from that purchase have been spent. Once credits are used, the purchase is considered delivered.
• Partially used purchases, renewals, and credits granted for free are not refundable in cash, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
• Credits have no cash value outside the Service, cannot be transferred between accounts, and are forfeited if your account is terminated for violating these terms.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• Create, request, or distribute illegal content, including any sexual content involving minors
• Harass, defraud, or infringe the rights of others
• Attempt to bypass safety, billing, or access controls
• Abuse infrastructure, scrapers, or automated credit farming

5. Age-restricted features

Certain features may involve adult content. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to access them. Age attestation may be required and can be revoked if abuse is detected. You are solely responsible for complying with local laws.

6. Content ownership

Subject to model provider terms and applicable law, you retain rights to prompts and outputs you create. You grant Igenit a limited license to process content to operate the Service, including moderation, storage, and delivery.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." AI outputs may be inaccurate or unexpected. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of models, queue processing times, or third-party providers.
